i’m 26, 5’6 and about 150lbs AFAB on HRT. my diagnosis’ are all mental health related (CPTSD, ARFID and ADHD). i had a seizure 5 months ago that was believed to be stress induced and only happened the one time. i’m on mirtazapine, lamotrigne, fluvoxamine, propranolol, testosterone gel and am prescribed adderall but have been out for about two weeks. i ran out of mirtazapine for two days recently which was when this started but ive been back on it for a few days now. i don’t smoke or drink or anything like that. it might be worth mentioning as well that i have recent exposure to cleaning black mold and i also work closely with someone who has long covid, we both wear masks around each other but i know that doesn’t fully stop it from spreading.

i had cold symptoms on wednesday (stuffy nose and sore throat) but went away the next day, i was only able to sleep about 2 hours that night which i thought was from being out of mirtazapine. on thursday i got this really bad headache that i thought was from not sleeping well the night before but then it turned into a fever. it’s been as high as 101.6 and hasn’t gone below 99.1 since thursday. it’s been at a pretty steady 100.5 today. i’m getting these brief, really sharp pains in my neck, chest, jaw and legs and my vision in my right eye has gotten staticky for like five minutes at a time twice and my left eye has a bit of pink where it should be white. the headache is motion, light and sound sensitive when the pain is worse. i’m having a really hard time sleeping but im also having a hard time doing anything other than laying there with my eyes closed. right now is the most i’ve been able to sit up and do things since thursday. as of about an hour ago my throat is sore again and i have a little bit of a cough.

should i go to urgent care or my pcp or should i just like wait??
