This is objectively awesome, but as a former bartender, that's not how that spout is used. You're supposed to turn it vertical, so the liquor pours at a consistent rate (and you can measure the size of the pour by counting). I always hate when you see on TV shows or whatever and the bartender pours it sideways... Still a great video.
